I already bragged on Ms. Mann in the last paper issue of copacetic, but here's her "triumph" album, snatched from the hands of her cold former label and released independently. So, that's the name of your label, Aimee? Interesting.
It's a great album, but here are a few notes: • Much like the "Magnolia" soundtrack, this album also features several previously released tracks • I really wished she would have left "Nothing Is Good Enough" as an instrumental. (see aforementioned soundtrack) • Hey, was the song "Ghost World" inspired by Dan Clowes' comic? • And will you please stop printing up pictures of yourself looking all waify and Gen-X in your cds? I think it undermines the intelligence of your product. (janice.11.00)
