Goodness knows, there were so many pretty shells laying around, but sadly, none the right size for Hermie's new home.

But Arianne (she of the cute red clogs!) found an especially pretty shell! There were some wormies hanging out in the crevices, but she swiftly washed them away into the waters to find a new shell to hang out in. Lesson learned: if you plan on bringing home any shells from your day at the beach, be sure to wash them thoroughly! Arianne had some horror stories to share of...well, you can probably fill in the blanks yourself. ;)
